Boom lifts provide a stable work platform where greater height, mobility or access is required. They are available in two styles, telescopic and articulating. They are also available with a number of standard options or can be customized to meet your specific needs or requirements.

Telescopic Boom

Expand the amount of work completed each day with MLEx’s high-capacity manlifts. When exceptional vertical and horizontal outreach is required, the telescopic boom aerial lift will be the machine you need. Platform capacities range up to 3000 lbs. and a vertical platform height of 100 feet. These machines can be configured to include winches for lifting up to 1000 lbs. They can also include forklift style forks for lifting up to 2000 lbs. One machine can do the work of a manlift, a rough terrain forklift, and a crane.

 

Articulating Boom

When hard-to-get-at work areas present a problem, the versatility of the articulating boom will provide the necessary precision in positioning to satisfy your work demands. These machines are the most flexible in reaching up, over, and out to your work area. MLEx has designed tower lifts capable of lifting vertical loads of 3000 lbs. to a height 65 feet.

 

Optional Features Available:
Soft-Touch bump protection A padded rectangular rail, suspended underneath the platform, will stop further movement when it comes in contact with another surface
Fall arrest anchorage Anchorage points are placed on the platform allowing for personnel to walk outside of the platform. Anchorage points comply with ANSI and OSHA requirements to withstand a force of 5000 lbs.
